Refunds are made within 7 days after we get the item back.
The item has to be packed in the original package. We will not refund if the item was used or damaged.

There are no refunds if the item was custom made.
Be sure to double-check your size measurements before completing your order.

The funds will be returned to your bank card within a few days after we receive the goods (item) / The refund will be made on the same bank card which was used for payment during000 days after receiving refund notification.
